Reducing Spiders on Cameras

Spiders do not like to walk on Petroleum Jelly and it should last for about a month depending on weather.

***Notice***

Please notify EPS tech support when starting to clean so we may verify cameras do not get moved and cause issues with motion masks and analytical settings. Failure to do so may lead to an event that does not get sent to the monitoring station.

If you prefer us to send a tech please contact EPS tech support. If we are unable to get spider webs removed, we will be forced to disable analytics in intervals to reduce false alarm.

News and Events / Now offering Superior Theft Detection with AgentVi
« Last post by Alex Allen on April 03, 2017, 12:41:37 pm »
Whether your system is analog, HD analog, or IP, EyeCon now offers an affordable upgrade with ALL existing systems. EyeCon has access to the most advanced human and vehicle detection on the market. By using this upgraded technology it removes 95% of the human detection error, and forces a human interaction. Due to the lighting and distance in this video clip, this alert would have had about a 75% chance of getting caught by a human, but not with the new upgrades. Call EPS sales to get your upgrade/s started.

News and Events / Video Retrival
« Last post by Daniel Grejeda on January 08, 2016, 09:09:03 am »
EPS is excited to inform you of some changes to our policy for Video Retrieval! Due to the the high request volume for miscellaneous incident video retrievals, we will now offer a FREE 30min training session for someone at your property. EPS will also offer custom video retrieval at $45 per hour.

All breach videos that happen during monitored hours will continue to be reviewed as we have done in the past.

When EPS is contacted for video retrieval, we will have Shannon, our customer service rep contact you, at this point she will need a time frame narrowed down to a 24 hour period of occurrence. When Shannon is reviewing the footage, she will ask for you to have someone stand in the area of the incident so she knows exactly where and what camera to look through. This saves time and money for both parties.

Thanks for your continued partnership, we look forward to stopping theft in 2016!

Please donít hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
